Here, we are serving you our free-range chickens hatched and reared in Normandy. These majestic birds are label Rouge certified. They have only been pecking at cereals, vegetables and minerals, guaranteeing you a tender and tasty meat.
On your plate, everything you find is prepared in-house and in front of you. Starters to share, quarter or half chickens, sides, deserts: the menu is constantly changing and evolving according to Maria’s mood, our chef.

Wine selection: this month, we have chosen Le Hautes Gravières, a red Graves 2015. It has aromas of red fruits and roasted, spicy notes. The wine is full-bodied, concentrated and supported by velvety tannins. The aromatic finish offers a lot of freshness.
Variety: 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
