Here, we are serving you our free-range chickens hatched and reared in Normandy. These majestic birds are label Rouge certified. They have only been pecking at cereals, vegetables and minerals, guaranteeing you a tender and tasty meat.
On your plate, everything you find is prepared in-house and in front of you. Starters to share, quarter or half chickens, sides, deserts: the menu is constantly changing and evolving according to Maria’s mood, our chef.
In your glass, a careful selection of gin & tonics, signature cocktails and wines. We love our products and it will be our pleasure to share this love with you. Bottoms up!
The Roast’s team includes Maria and Alex in the kitchen and Philibert, Eloi and Sam to serve you.
Wine selection: This month we have a crush on the vintage Dyptique 2015 du Domaine de la Chevalerie. Three mates, Stephanie, Emmanuel and Pierre Caslot produce this Bourgueil that has a lot freshness and fruity notes. Grape Variety: 100% cabernet franc.
